The conference focused on the "Innovative and Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment System for Comprehensive Male Health Management," gathering authoritative experts from domestic andrology and sexual medicine fields to discuss full-cycle management strategies from prevention and diagnosis to rehabilitation, promoting the establishment of a standardized diagnosis and treatment system that aligns with the physiological characteristics of Chinese men.
The conference was hosted by Dr. Xu Zhipeng, head of the Male Department at Yinzhou Second Hospital. In the opening segment, Mr. Jiang Hui, President of the Asia-Pacific Sexual Medicine Association, and Mr. Dai Yutian, President of the Chinese Sexual Medicine Association, delivered speeches affirming the conference's value in advancing the industry and expressing expectations for future innovations in the field of male health.
Following the opening remarks, the academic exchange segment unfolded smoothly. Subsequently, Mr. Dai Yutian delivered a speech titled "Current Status and Outlook of Andrology and Sexual Medicine Development in China," systematically reviewing the development history and current landscape of the domestic andrology and sexual medicine field while offering future development suggestions on technological innovation, talent training, and standardized treatment, thus illuminating a path for industry advancement.
In the core area of erectile dysfunction (ED) treatment, Liu Bolong, the Chairman of the Grassroots Urology and Andrology Branch of the Chinese Sexual Medicine Association, highlighted the "gold standard" status of the low-intensity pulsed ultrasound therapy device (LIPUS), independently developed by WBL Medical Group, in the treatment of ED. He emphasized that this device leverages non-invasive and efficient core technological advantages, providing safer and higher-quality intervention options for clinical diagnosis and treatment. It not only avoids the risks associated with traditional drug dependency and surgical trauma but also plays a crucial role in supporting the transition of ED treatment from experience-based methods to standardized and regulated practices.
The conference also featured a special area for innovative product demonstrations, where the LIPUS device gained significant attention. This equipment employs non-invasive physical therapy technology, and its clinical safety and effectiveness were highly recognized by the attending experts, offering a new non-invasive intervention path for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction (ED).
This conference not only consolidated industry consensus in the field of male health but also promoted the implementation and dissemination of standardized treatment standards and cutting-edge innovative technologies, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of male health in China.
