Trip Overview
Time: September 2026
Cities: Jakarta and Surabaya (2 cities)
Format: Hospital visits, clinical exchange, product experience (multiple sessions)
Participants: Hospital administrators, urologists and clinical staff
Focus: Technical features of LIPUS, clinical applications and patient experience
Market preparation: targeted for Q1 2027
01 Listening to Clinicians: Hearing the Real Voice of Clinical Practice
The value of professional exchange begins with understanding what clinicians truly care about.
In September 2026, the WBL medical team travelled to Indonesia, carrying out multiple hospital visits, clinical exchanges and product experience sessions in Jakarta and Surabaya. The itinerary covered a number of major general hospitals, university-affiliated hospitals and specialised medical institutions.
Focusing on the technical features, clinical applications and patient experience of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) in men's health, the team held in-depth discussions with hospital administrators, urologists and clinical staff. The professional questions and positive feedback on site made this roadshow more than a product presentation - it became a two-way learning process and a validation of clinical needs.

Across the sessions, clinicians focused on the energy form, mechanism of action, suitable patient population, standardised treatment workflow, operational safety and clinical evidence of LIPUS. The differences between LIPUS and other energy-based treatment modalities were also discussed openly and in depth.

Indonesian clinicians place particular emphasis on international guidelines and high-quality clinical research. This frontline feedback reaffirms that bringing an innovative technology into clinical practice requires not only a better product experience, but also sustained, rigorous evidence building and a clear clinical positioning.

02 From Understanding to Hands-On Operation
Helping clinicians and our team understand LIPUS through real experience.

▲ Figure 4 - Medical professionals exchanging views on device operation, probe handling and treatment workflow
Following the theoretical introduction, the team arranged a live demonstration of the device and probe, and invited clinicians and local staff to experience the operation first-hand. Through item-by-item explanation of the actual feel, operating path and treatment logic, abstract technical concepts were turned into a perceptible and understandable clinical experience.

Details shape understanding; experience builds confidence.
From grip technique and probe contact to operating sequence, the on-site participants completed each exercise step by step and raised questions about practical details as they went. This kind of in-depth experience translates technical advantages from concepts into verifiable product impressions, and establishes a shared language for future standardised demonstrations and clinical communication.
03 Training Not Only the Product, but Professional Communication
The sales and service team completed theoretical, operational and scenario-based communication training.
To make market communication more professional and accurate, WBL also conducted training for the local sales and service team, covering the fundamentals of LIPUS, C-type device functions, probe handling, standard demonstration workflow, common clinical questions, and compliant boundaries for product messaging.
Through group practice, scenario-based Q&A and on-site debriefing, team members personally completed device connection, probe operation and key message delivery. The hands-on experience helped them build a more solid understanding of the product and strengthened their confidence and sales communication skills when presenting to clinicians, answering questions and conveying value.
Truly persuasive sales come from first-hand understanding, first-hand experience and professional expression.
04 Every Question Is an Important Clue for Bringing a Product into Clinical Practice

▲ Figure 6 - On-site explanation and immediate Q&A, making technical communication more concrete
From hospital administrators' interest in service models, to clinicians' questions about evidence quality, patient selection and treatment pathways, and to operators' confirmation of device workflow details - these frontline voices will continue to inform WBL's improvement of its products, training and clinical support system.
Recently published clinical research has provided local clinicians with new academic reference points for understanding the clinical value of LIPUS, and has increased interest in further clinical observation and application exploration of the technology. WBL will continue to advance research evidence, standardised protocols and international academic exchange, so that innovation can be recognised by more professionals on a regulated and transparent basis.
05 Responding to Expectations: Steady Progress on Indonesia Market Preparation
Market introduction targeted for the first quarter of 2027.
Many clinicians proactively asked about the product's launch timing during the exchanges. Based on the current expected progress, WBL is steadily advancing Indonesian registration, compliance preparation, professional training and localisation support, with product market introduction targeted for the first quarter of 2027; the actual timing will remain subject to local regulations and the relevant approval progress.
Going forward, the team will continue to engage with local hospitals and professionals, preparing around clinical training, application support and academic communication - so that the technology not only enters the market, but is correctly understood, properly used and continues to create clinical value.
Market entry is not the finish line, but the starting point of professional support and long-term clinical value.
06 Clinically Centred: Continuing to Connect with Southeast Asia
From professional exchange to hands-on experience, from clinician feedback to team enablement, this Indonesia trip brought WBL closer to regional clinical needs and further confirmed the local development potential of non-invasive men's health technology.
In the future, WBL will continue to take clinical needs as its core, evidence-based medicine as its foundation and professional training as its bridge, exploring innovative pathways in men's health together with more medical institutions and professionals.
Acknowledgements Our thanks to every medical professional who took part in the exchanges, hands-on sessions and discussions.
