During the conference, the use of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) became a central topic. Professor Lü Boddong from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College shared a report titled “Safety and Effectiveness of Low-Intensity Pulsed Ultrasound in Treating Erectile Dysfunction (With 2000 Cases Reported),” which validated the safety and remarkable efficacy of WBL’s LIPUS technology with large-scale clinical data, providing strong evidence for clinical applications.

Professor Liu Yang from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine presented a paper titled “Wireless-Controlled Ultrasound-Electrostimulation Nanopatch for Repairing Penile Nerve Damage: A New Paradigm of Cross-Disciplinary Treatment,” exploring the collaborative innovation of LIPUS ultrasound technology and electrostimulation for nerve damage repair, opening new pathways for treatment.

Therapist Meng Yi from the Shanghai Family Planning Institute Hospital shared her study on “Long-Term Efficacy and Safety of Low-Intensity Pulsed Ultrasound (LIPUS) in the Treatment of Mild to Moderate Erectile Dysfunction,” which compared the long-term effects of different treatment frequencies and provided scientific evidence to optimize treatment protocols.

Professor Xu Zhipeng from Ningbo Yinzhou District Second Hospital analyzed “The Clinical Efficacy of Moxibustion Combined with Low-Intensity Pulsed Ultrasound (LIPUS) and Low-Dose Tadalafil for Erectile Dysfunction,” demonstrating the synergistic effects of combined Chinese and Western medicine in enhancing clinical treatments and offering new insights for therapy.
